Great little device, using it down our caravan so i can watch telly in the evening without waking anybody. Good quality sound, but i’m not sure if that’s down to my headphones or this device or both. Handy that you can have two devices linked at the same time as the kids can use this in the car whilst travelling. All in all a good 4 out of 5 product, i didn’t realise it doesn’t connect to iphones , but it clearly says in the description.
I wanted a transmitter that was usb powered, because i couldn’t be bothered charging/changing batteries all the time -the back of my television isn’t exactly accessible. When i first plugged the unit in, nothing happened. I’d plugged it into the usb slot on my tv and it clearly wasn’t getting enough power to work. Luckily i had a usb extension cable and connected it to a hub attached to my mac. It immediately starting working and i’m now delighted with it. Sound quality is good (no loss of signal when i move around) and i can even move into another room without any perceptible change in signal quality.
Great device perfect on any bloodroots headphone i have and a speaker we have easy to set up if you look close the item has a 2 little blouse lights that show if connected to one or two when searching.
This was purchased as i recently had a new pair of bluetooth headphones and wanted to pair them up to a company laptop which unfortunately had the onboard bluetooth disabled for security :(i was specifically looking for and expecting to use this via the 3. 5mm jack as all bluetooth devices are disabled on the laptop, however i was pleasantly surprised to find that when this installs, it displays to the computer as a sound card and you can just change the output in the audio mixer to use this instead and hey presto, bluetooth restrictions bypassed the only downside is if you power this up somewhere with a number of other bluetooth devices around. In the house i struggled initially as it was trying to pair with the hifi, tv, etc and anything else it could find. On a train, it’s been great and certainly meets all of my needs. I’d definitely recommend this if you want some versatility in what you can connect up to over and above a standard usb dongle.
Perfect for when my hubby is asleep. I can still watch my television programs without the volume very very low. I love the fact this is powered by my tv i couldn’t bear anymore wires. Product does everything it says it does. Haven’t tried using two headphones. Allows you to listen to your tv without disturbing others.

How to use

- 2. After TX9 powered on, when the blue indicator light flashes,it indicates that the product has been booted. Next, it will automatically enter pairing mode(Two LEDs flash alternately) Or by manual, press the pairing button to enter the pairing mode. (Two LEDs flash alternately)
- 3. Turn on the receiving device that needs to be paired, like Bluetooth headset, Bluetooth speaker, and set the bluetooth receiving device into pairing mode also.
- 4. Wait for TX9 to automatically search for the paired receiving device. If the pairing is successful. The blue indicator of TX9 is always on, usually the Bluetooth headset or Bluetooth speaker will also has prompt.

1. Why the device does not start after turn on the power?
A, please confirm whether the device is fully inserted into the USB power port.
B, please confirm whether the USB power supply port is working properly, whether there is 5V output.
C, if the installation is correct, the USB power supply is normal, then the product is damaged, please contact the after-sales replacement or return.
2. Why is the device booting completed. But the pairing is not successful?
A, Confirm whether the Bluetooth headset or Bluetooth speaker is turned on and whether it has entered the pairing mode (please refer to their manual).
B, TX9 is too far from the Bluetooth receiving device (Bluetooth earphone/speaker), it is recommended to be within 1 meter to pair
C, Check if the receiving device (Bluetooth earphone/speaker) is connected to other device, like your phone,or something else, and if so, disconnect them
D. When pairing two receiving devices at the same time, sometimes it is necessary to try multiple matching to complete
E, Some Bluetooth headsets need to pair with password, this device does not support password pairing
3. After the device is successfully paired, why is there no sound?
A, Please confirm that the audio input line is installed correctly. B, please confirm whether the audio source is turned on
C, In the case of pairing two Bluetooth headsets at the same time, it is recommended to restart TX9 and wait for automatic connection.
D, Replace a new audio cable
