CARPURIDE Bluetooth Transmitter

Great little device, using it down our caravan so i can watch telly in the evening without waking anybody. Good quality sound, but i’m not sure if that’s down to my headphones or this device or both. Handy that you can have two devices linked at the same time as the kids can use this in the car whilst travelling. All in all a good 4 out of 5 product, i didn’t realise it doesn’t connect to iphones , but it clearly says in the description.

I wanted a transmitter that was usb powered, because i couldn’t be bothered charging/changing batteries all the time -the back of my television isn’t exactly accessible. When i first plugged the unit in, nothing happened. I’d plugged it into the usb slot on my tv and it clearly wasn’t getting enough power to work. Luckily i had a usb extension cable and connected it to a hub attached to my mac. It immediately starting working and i’m now delighted with it. Sound quality is good (no loss of signal when i move around) and i can even move into another room without any perceptible change in signal quality.

Great device perfect on any bloodroots headphone i have and a speaker we have easy to set up if you look close the item has a 2 little blouse lights that show if connected to one or two when searching.

This was purchased as i recently had a new pair of bluetooth headphones and wanted to pair them up to a company laptop which unfortunately had the onboard bluetooth disabled for security :(i was specifically looking for and expecting to use this via the 3. 5mm jack as all bluetooth devices are disabled on the laptop, however i was pleasantly surprised to find that when this installs, it displays to the computer as a sound card and you can just change the output in the audio mixer to use this instead and hey presto, bluetooth restrictions bypassed the only downside is if you power this up somewhere with a number of other bluetooth devices around. In the house i struggled initially as it was trying to pair with the hifi, tv, etc and anything else it could find. On a train, it’s been great and certainly meets all of my needs. I’d definitely recommend this if you want some versatility in what you can connect up to over and above a standard usb dongle.

Perfect for when my hubby is asleep. I can still watch my television programs without the volume very very low. I love the fact this is powered by my tv i couldn’t bear anymore wires. Product does everything it says it does. Haven’t tried using two headphones. Allows you to listen to your tv without disturbing others.

• 3. Turn on the receiving device that needs to be paired, like Bluetooth headset, Bluetooth speaker, and set the bluetooth receiving device into pairing mode also.
• 4. Wait for TX9 to automatically search for the paired receiving device. If the pairing is successful. The blue indicator of TX9 is always on, usually the Bluetooth headset or Bluetooth speaker will also has prompt.

1. Why the device does not start after turn on the power?

A, please confirm whether the device is fully inserted into the USB power port.

2. Why is the device booting completed. But the pairing is not successful?

B, TX9 is too far from the Bluetooth receiving device (Bluetooth earphone/speaker), it is recommended to be within 1 meter to pair

C, Check if the receiving device (Bluetooth earphone/speaker) is connected to other device, like your phone,or something else, and if so, disconnect them

D. When pairing two receiving devices at the same time, sometimes it is necessary to try multiple matching to complete

E, Some Bluetooth headsets need to pair with password, this device does not support password pairing

3. After the device is successfully paired, why is there no sound?

A, Please confirm that the audio input line is installed correctly. B, please confirm whether the audio source is turned on

ARTISTE ADH300 Wireless TV Headphones

The sound quality is fine for watching tv. Also, all the different cables were a bonus as one is never quite sure in advance which connection method will be best. The build quality is very good/ the headphones & stand are unobtrusive (in black) sitting next to the tv. A couple of gripes with the instructions though. Ever so tiny type-face – so needed a magnifying glass to read the set-up instructions. Also, the instructions said to disassemble the left-hand ear-piece in order to insert batteries. My wife and i both tried for ages but couldn’t get it apart, whatever we tried. Suddenly, by complete chance, the red light came on. The batteries had been pre-installed and, luckily, had enough juice to turn on the red light on.

Some have commented on the quality of the sound reproduction. I have used them to watch movies, listen to a range of music (pop, rock and classical) and have absolutely no complaints with the quality of the sound reproduction. They have extremely comfortable over ear cups which i much prefer to my akg on cup head phones. The sound quality may not be quite as good as the akg’s but i can only wear those for about 1 hour before i want to take them off. Quality of build not quite as good as the akg but all in all well worth the money.

I had difficulty getting these to work own my tv. Followed the instructions and the video but nothing worked. Contacted the email address and had a reply the next day, making various suggestions. A few emails later they did send me an optical adapter, but i finally found the headphones socket on my tv (didn’t know it had one) and then finally the headphones worked. No crackle or hiss (which i had always had from other wireless headphones) and they are very comfortable, but customer service didn’t even mention looking for a headphones socket. I was also rather annoyed to be bribed into making a positive review with the promise of a choice of free gifts (a second set of headphones if you write a good review and get 5 ‘helpful’ ticks). A free gift also for making a negative review, but pretty strong conditions on that, and very poor free gifts , not worth having. It has to be an objective review – who decides whether it is objective or not remains to be tested. However as i am pleased with the headphones i did write a review, followed all the conditions for the gift and lo and behold it wasn’t uploaded, so no hope of getting ‘helpful’ tick.

Your browser does not support html5 video.  i have difficulty as do many, with hearing dialog in films on flat tvs. This really solved that problem. My sound bar gives good bass but drowns the dialog and removes access to the tv sound menu controls. I spent two days researching every solution i could find. I dismissed bluetooth (even low latency) as risky for lipsync (there is nothing worse, and i think it mentally reduces hearing dialog properly). So rf it was and lipsync is perfect. These headphones give very good bass but somehow leave the dialog extremely clear. I wear them for all films and now get great bass ‘rumbles’ as well as hearing every word. Unbelievable, where’s the downside?.

I purchased two sets one for me and one for my wife. The supplier instructed me how to get both headsets working from one transmitter, and they are fine in use. As they are over ear headsets they are less prone to falling off, which was one of the problems with my previous set. Some reviews reported trouble placing them in the charging cradle i have to say that i do not find this a problem.

MAJORITY Fitzwilliam Hi-Fi Tuner – Digital DAB/DAB

You could pay up to £1400 for media streamers but thisat £65 and a small dac converter for under £20 complimented my audio separates awesomely it immediately recognised my mycloud network and my library of over 11 thousand songs and album art were displayed, my only worry was the antennas didn’t tighten fully when screwing them in but otherwise this is a perfect set up for me the dab fm and net radio are great i can live with the english adverts in the knowledge i got exactly what i needed but for a very affordable cost.

Setup was straightforward and sound quality is superb. And price is substantially less than the competition.

Wow, genuinely astounded by this product. Very well made and really easy to setup. Clear display and seems like good sound quality. Can’t believe the features as well: digital outputs (both optical and co-ax), 2 analogue outputs (rca&3. I was a bit worried about the metal aerial which i’m not sure how to detach, but it picks up 70+ dab stations, easily the best dab radio for reception i’ve ever had. Slight quibble, it didn’t come with the rca cable, though the instructions said it should. Also it has a volume control which affects the analogue and digital outs, not sure why since the line out should be a line level output. But very very happy, this thing is a bargain.

I purchased the fitzwilliam to replace an ageing cambridge audio azur 650t which had always had an awfully dim and useless display. The sound quality of the fitzwilliam is very good indeed. Setup was very easy and the wealth of options this tuner has is streets ahead of anything i’ve ever owned. For what you are getting, the price point is very reasonable indeed. The build quality is top notchhighly recommended.

Wow what a brilliant bit of kit. I had the bose wireless link adapter for my v30 kit this blows that out of the water the bose adapter that is. I mean the sound is just brilliant through the optical line. As for wifi if you split your bandwidth like i do just run this on 2. 4 ghz as its easier to connect via you wps button. Had no need for the dab radio but it’s a nice feature. I use the internet radio that comes with the device as there is more worldwide choice. Personally i would rather have this than the cambridge audio equivalent.

Vigorun Smart Watch

I don’t leave to many reviews however i feel the need to do so with this watch. What you get for around £40 is excellent value , i was going to get a far more expensive type but ordered this one first and glad i did. The reviews for £100-200 end products and most will know what brands i am talking about were very inconsistent and when you pay that kind of money you something that works properly. To me these watches have to much spec which results in inconsistency. Heart rate moniter , 3 different watch faces , light adjustment , pedometer, weather forecast, sleep tracking , sms, social media , phone alerts, emails ,alarm , brilliant value for money and not a massive gamble because you can return it with amazon.

I ordered this for teenage son who has taken up fitness and exercise due to current lockdown situation. He has been doing a lot of circuits at home and running and cycling for cardio training. I ordered this affordable watch for him to track his exercise. It is comfortable to wear and he likes the design and styling. He is happy with the the battery life. The touch screen is responsive and clear. It functions well with his exercise regime. Overall, this is a great beginners fitness tracking sports watch. It is good value with decent functionality.

My son has just started training to improve his fitness and needed a smart watch. He was after a samsung watch. But running at £300 i was reluctant. This looks similar and is feature packed. The strap is rubber and the face is a chunky design. It’s really substantial and will definitely cope with the odd knock and bang. It has a nice and easy to read face and has features you’d expect in watches 5 or 6 times the cost.

Bright enough for day time and easy to turn dimmer for night time. I’ve sent it back for a couple of reasons. The watch face does not stay lit up long enough for me and that is not adjustable. On more expensive watches there seems to be an option to keep the face illuminated for longer. Touching the face of the watch does not make it come on. Use the wrist flick or the button. Only 4 watch faces to choose from and they are not customisable.

Really high quality and awesome featuresi was looking for something that would serve as a cheap fitness and notification tracker, but i wa blown away with the quality of the smart watch. It’s a nice mix of a metal front bezel and tough, comfortable plastic backplate. The watch strap is one of the most comfortable i’ve worn and i love the orange pop colour (it’s interchangeable too). It has a nice interactive screen with swipe motions as well as two very nice, very clicky ‘crown’ buttons – they feel very positive when using them. The app has nice features too, tracking steps, heart rate, call/message notifications as well as keeping you up to date with all emails and calendar events too. The battery life has been amazing too. So far been wearing it for a week with still 70% battery leftit also can tell you offf for sitting down too long too. Which is a nice reminder to keep activefor a good quality, all encompassing smart watch it’s definitely worth the money.
